This is my favourite: http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Honey-Gingered-Pork-Tenderloins-15277.

I marinate it in the sauce and then cook it in the oven (375 for 30-ish minutes). I then reserve the leftover marinade and boil it for a couple minutes on the stove. Slice the tenderloin and serve with the sauce.

I really like this recipe! It's pretty easy and I love the apple/leek mixture: http://www.marthastewart.com/338158/pork-tenderloin-with-sauteed-apples-and

Oh, I have the *best* pork tenderloin recipe. It's simple but good.

1/2 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup honey, 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1 tsp each garlic and onion powder.

Dipping sauce: 1 cup mayo, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 tsp dijon mustard, 1 tsp worchestershire, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste (I like to make this the night before...let the flavors meld)

We usually grill it, but I also throw them in the oven at 350 for about 40 minutes until they hit 145F with a meat thermometer. Pull them out, tent with aluminum foil and let them rest 5 minutes, then slice away.

Anyone have a good one to share? We probably will NOT grill it as it is so cold out, so either a baked or broiled recipe is preferred.
