We also have the Pronto and agree it's too bulky to toss in a purse a.
My sis got me this JJ Cole diaper & wipes pod. It's really lightweight (especially if you don't use the plastic wipes pod) and the changing pad is the thinnest/lightest we have.

I've also just thrown a changing pad from a diaper bag set into a tote purse (my favorite for weight/size would be this Lily Jade one. Washable and also padded, but very light and compact). http://www.lily-jade.com/changing-pad-s/1818.htm

We're out of diapers now, but I love the idea of the LetsPlayground micro leather mat. Very slim!

Yes, we have the Pattem one too. Its not padded per se, but its round so its extra large and easy to deal with if your baby wants to roll or flip around. Its wipeable and easy to fold up.

@sthumbelina: thanks! Yes I have the pronto too but I agree, too bulky for the bag! I usually keep it in my car as backup or under my jogging stroller when working out!

I used to have the Skip Hop Pronto but it got too bulky to carry with my diaper bag, so I purchased these ones by Kushies. They're foldable, compact and washes well. http://www.amazon.com/Kushies-Deluxe-Flannel-Change-Bubbles/dp/B00568MOOG/ref=sr_1_17?ie=UTF8&qid=1436563025&sr=8-17&keywords=changing+pad

Help me find a good portable change pad! I don't need a clutch/kit (like the kind with room for diapers too), just the pad. It would ideally be nylon material, foldable, and compact. Bonus if there is some kind of nice padding. I know summer infant makes one but I'm hoping to find something less boring looking....I feel like I read a blog or watched a YouTube diaper bag packing video where the woman had a nice compact cushy looking one...but I can't remember what brand it was...I think it was a Canadian company?

I basically want this do I can use it with a non-diaper bag (which does not come with a change pad).

Thanks!
