<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm really struggling with deciding whether or not I should go to a Pilates class today.  My OPK had a smiley face last night and we BD'd, and even though there are more &#34;it's safe to do yoga and pilates&#34; than &#34;take it easy and skip it right after O&#34; articles online, I'm still a little worried.  The latter advice is more for women dealing with infertility, but what if I'm one of those and don't know it yet? I'm just afraid of possibly interrupting implantation.  sigh.
