He has chores that he earns a sticker for (feed dog, put clothes in the hamper, pick up toys) but we also give him a sticker randomly for things we are trying to enforce- staying in bed for example. When he gets to 10, he goes to the treasure chest. Obeying, helping, being polite earns a Pom Pom for the jar and she gets to pick a treat from my box when it's full. He is being very physical (hitting us parents and baby brother) and is naughty in general. I'd like to start some sort of positive reinforcement/ rewards system. I teach middle school and find this to work well, but I need some toddler age appropriate ideas from you! Thanks in advance! </p>
