And it does start out watery like that. Sometimes it was clear and sometimes it was white-ish, and it usually came out of one nipple more than the other. For a while, it was clear and watery, only a little bit, and only on my right side. I asked the doctor about it and she said that's normal and it may get thicker. Within the next week I had it on both sides and it was alternating between clear and watery and thicker and a yellowish color. It also increased in volume. </p> <p>My doctor though said either is normal.
