It was an ordeal. Decided to try and vote via affidavit at my job and they ran out and didn't know when they would get them. So many people left, I hope they got to vote elsewhere. Went to my location and the lines were long and a scanner was broken. DH had Evan, but the voting booths were folders set up on folding tables, a la elementary school test style, so I took him after a minute. We were in and out in 15 minutes, and a good 5 minutes of that was waiting for the ancient (sorry, it's true) woman to sign us in.</p> <p>DH wrote me in as a candidate for a State Representative from our district...there wasn't a candidate from our party running in that race.
