I was also breastfeeding and had no issues with supply. You do have to be super careful about the timing. She was able to keep them both in until 30 weeks when she delivered. The surviving twin is really thriving now and she's having some flashbacks with this pregnancy, but coping amazingly well! We used condoms fora couple of months, and then I got pregnant the first time we didn't use any protection. So, for me, no correlation between Mirena and trouble getting pregnant.
