I would maybe sterilize pump parts in the evening and wash bras in hot, hot water with a vinegar rinse (just pour white vinegar in the fabric softener spot) to be careful. Despite taking lots of probiotics I felt like I was getting a yeast infection the last few days so I got some diflucan last night (I have had bad reactions to the over the counter treatments). </p> <p>My concern is thrush. The doctor on the phone appointment didn't seem to knowledgeable about nursing/thrush beyond making sure it was safe to take diflucan. </p> <p>Do I need to start treatment for thrush because I have what I think is a yeast infection? Or do I assume all is well at this point if my nipples and LO are asymptomatic?</p> <p>ETA: I'm WOH and pumping if that makes a difference in what I need to do. </p>
