Not gonna lie, it was super uncomfortable and I only wore it around the house because I don't care what the website says, you cannot hide that thing under clothing. But it was just so uncomfortable sometimes so eventually I stopped. I def think it helped! It was just like a giant white elastic band with a giant velcro band so it wasn't fancy or anything, but once my husband or the nurse helped me get it on tight enough, I felt a lot better - I felt like my posture was better, I wasn't flopping around everywhere. I didn't wear it for more than a few days - I think after a week I didn't bother because the swelling was going down and I was sitting in the recliner all day long.
