My OB test drew blood this morning to test mine. Been having weight issues since I weaned back in November. She said that it is very common to have issues post baby.

I had REALLY HORRIBLE exhaustion about 6-7 months pp and sure enough I was hypo. In pregnancy I was checked and adjusted every 4 weeks... so yes I am having trouble but I also had an OB who was more on it than my GP.

I hope you get your levels sorted out and feel better soon!

I just has my TSH tested in May and it was really high. But the nurse added another thyroid test that came out normal. I don't remember what it was called.

Has anyone with hypothyroidism had trouble regulating after pregnancy? I am 7 months post partum and having more trouble regulating my levels now than when I was pregnant! I am seeing my endocrinologist next week but wondering if this is a common concern. Right now my TSH is a little above normal but I know from my history that I feel best on the lower end of normal, so quite a bit off from where I am now. Two months ago my levels looked hyperthyroid! I've changed my prescription a few times since my son was born, I really hope we find the right level soon. I want more energy and to lose the rest of my baby weight!
