&#60;p&#62;DD2, 22m, recently had hand foot and mouth for the second time. Ever since, her sleep has been absolute crap. She's waking at 4:30/5:00am and not going to bed till 9:30/10:00pm. Now, I have girls that are low sleep needs. But this is ridiculous. It doesn't help that she was out of daycare all last week. So her naps have been all crazy and out of whack.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I'm hoping that a few more days in daycare will reset her. But until then I'm suffering on very little sleep and zero down time. 😭&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;How long did it take your kids sleep pattern to reset, post sickness?
