LO is going through several transitions in a row (weaning from pacifier at night, and moving from Toddler to Preschool class at daycare), and she has been in terrible moods all week long. Our downstairs AC broke down again which was expected since it's at the end of it's lifeline. The quote for a new one is $6100 but thankfully we found an awesome repairman. He worked so hard in the heat to repair it for us at $300. Heat is exhausting but then there have been these pop up thunderstorms all. week. Which means I have to keep kiddos inside but they're being pretty awesome about it. Today we did an art project/collage with construction paper. On the downside looking up I have another physical therapy appointment to help out with my hip pain/sciatic nerve issue today. Sounds rough indeed though, I'm sorry!</p> <p>This week I'm doing some soul searching and some light job searching to see what my next step is after being laid off. My little guy is 3 months and this was supposed to be the week I went back to work. So I have mixed emotions... Happy to be home with him a bit longer but mourning my identity as a hard working professional and just feeling like I'm not being productive enough. Oh and I'm about to talk to my attorney to see if my former employer is giving me the severance package we asked for after they laid me off during my leave! T is finally over HFM, almost over croup and has a infection from a HFM sore. I have bronchitis, and an injured rib from coughing so hard. Combined we have seen a dr 7 times in 2 weeks. DH is getting home from a 5 day trip in NY tonight. The night before last we got a flat on the way home from the DR.
