I swear by airborne, for real I pop the tablet in water and take it 3 times a day the second I start to feel sick and I make sure to drink 80plus oz water, and either workout or stand outside and sweat lol. That stuff has gotten me out of 3 colds so far this season. Usually within 3 days I feel fine!</p> <p>As for me I've been crazy busy this week helping a friend set up small business software for her new gym. I say it's similar to crossfit, she gets mad lol.
