It did feel good because it helped to support my back and kept everything nice and tight, which felt especially good while nursing. I have horrible posture so I needed all the help I could get. Did it help with getting the belly back down? I have no idea really. Then a few weeks later when I felt good enough to wear it, my belly was back to normal. So for me, unfortunately, it was money down the drain.
