I had random 2 day bleeding at nearly 8w pp and stopped bleeding at 4w. The week before had some sort of fertile mucous. Same thing happened to me with both of my kids. I had my pp ob visit and they said definitely not my period. In my case it ended up being a polyp - caused bleeding and pain during sex until I eventually had it removed. At 6 weeks pp, I was still bleeding from birth albeit very lightly. I am EBF and its going well, he eats and is gaining weight like crazy! However, I think I started my period today : ( </p> <p>I was still having yellowish-clearish mucous that was sloooowly decreasing in amount, and yesterday I noticed a bit of blood mixed in, but that has happened on and off. But today it became much more blood, and its almost like a light period now!</p> <p>I am super disappointed. I was hoping I had months to go! Not sure what my question is, I guess just does that sound like restarting my period from your experience? No other symptoms like cramps, but I did break out a little bit this week... </p>
