I was a clepto (sp?) in the hospital and they gave me a ton of stuff. I took extras of their sexy mesh undies, pad sickles, pads, they gave me tucks pads and some soothie nip pads. I would highly recommend lots of those soothie pads if you are BF. They provided sweet relief when DD did some damage in those first couple weeks. Definitely get some stool softener. I took it for about two weeks PP.

Tucks pads, giant maxi pads, mesh panties, painkillers, squirt bottle.

I always recommend a step stool & either a belly band or spanx-type product. Both were absolute life savers.

What did you need, use or have to go the store for after LO arrived?

For DS I didn't even think about recovery beforehand so I had to send DH for pads (giant ones) and stool softeners when we got home.
