<description>&#60;p&#62;I think it really depends on what you want to do. Personally, I plan on starting off with some low impact stuff (barre) and some Insanity type videos at home. By the time I'm back at work, I will be back at Crossfit. My weights will be lower and I will have to build up my strength again, but I don't think it will take that long. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Everything I've read said to just take it slow and don't work your abs out too much until you are SURE any separation is gone or you can inhibit them from knitting together strongly.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Are you planning on running? Runners world has a forum for pregnant/postpartum runners but I'm not sure of an actual workout plan, they might have something on there.&#60;br /&#62;
For me, working out postpartum was like working through pregnancy in reverse, I still felt 8 months pregnant when I first started running but it went quicker than a full pregnancy, so there's a lot of playing by ear still.
