<description>&#60;p&#62;Okay, this might be a dumb question, but ... I'm making butternut squash mac n' cheese tonight and the recipe only calls for 1/2 of the squash.  Can I save the other 1/2?  Will it keep if I wrap it up and put it in the fridge?  This is my first time using butternut squash.  Thanks!
