@psw27: +1 on the pulled pork. Easy, yummy, and pretty much everyone likes it.

I just did French dip in the crock pot over the weekend which would be great for a group like that.

This is my go-to for potlucks, (but it might be a Canadian thing....)
Perogie casserole
(and yes it goes in the crockpot!)
It is not the most healthiest things but it gets a 5/5 for taste!
All you need is a 2lb bag of frozen perogies, a can of mushroom soup and shredded cheese. Mix the can of soup and the can of milk or water in a bowl.
You put half the can of mushroom soup in the bottom of the crock pot, then the bag of perogies, pour the rest of the mushroom soup mix on top, and then sprinkle the shredded cheese on top. ( you can also added diced peppers, onions, mushrooms or whatever if you like on top!)
Then put the lid on, and throw the crock pot on low for about 4 hours. Stir, and scrape of the sides every hour or so, just so it doesn`t stick.
So yummy!

We are hosting a potluck at our place this weekend and I'm planning on doing the main entree for it. What's a relatively easy thing to make as the main entree? Bonus points if it's something I can throw in the crockpot!
