We have twins so originally had this + a standalone potty, and I realized quickly that the standalone potty chair is just gross! I prefer everything to just go into the regular toilet and they get to flush it. I got each of my parents to buy one for their homes. They're cheap and available at Walmart, different characters if you want those. It stands up when not in use and is super easy to clean.</p> <p>at the beginning I liked the Fisher Price musical potty ... There's a sensor that plays a song when she pees, so it allowed me to give immediate feedback, or to know when she went potty if I was in another room.</p> <p>Now that she's trained she just goes on the toilet and holds herself up, but will sometimes use the oxo ring.
