@edelweiss: it's usually sometime after nap. I've tried all kinds of bribery. I cried and celebrated the last time she pooped in the potty. So far this week has been accident free but that could all change in an instant.

ugh, that sounds awful! my friend's LO had a bit of backsliding with the poop after one accident--he got some diaper rash and I think the discomfort made him want to poop in the diaper again. not sure why, but I think it had to do with what @regberadaisy: suggested. the parents were going to put him back in pull-ups, and he freaked out and started pooping in the potty again.

are there certain times of the day that she poops? perhaps for those times she can be in a pull-up, until things get better. one of the kids in LO's daycare was pooping in his pants all the time so they finally put him in pull-ups for the part of the day he usually pooped, and then he goes back to underwear.

I imagine you've tried bribery? like, a pony? pot of gold? rainbows?

We haven't had this happen but I'll bump for you!

Could something else be going? Maybe it hurts to poop and she's afraid?

I've had enough and can't take it anymore. My DD had been potty trained for almost a year and now she is constantly pooping her pants. I don't know what to do. It's every day of the week. Every bowel movement. I can't take in any more. Has any one else had this happen? How did you make it stop?

I'm tired of crying over poopy pants.... Help
