I would maybe do the timer thing only during play times then. I would also suggest taking him much more often than every 2-3 hours. We set an alarm at home, and a timer at daycare, for every 30 minutes. Daycare puts him on the potty every 2-3 hours, and each time he sits on the potty he goes. We did the same thing at home last weekend with the same results. The problem is that he still doesn't tell us when he has to go, so if he has to go within that 2-3 hour window, then he just goes. I was thinking about getting training pants or underwear to see if feeling wet would help to train that? Or should we wait a bit longer? Any thoughts/tips? </p>
