At our daycare kids can't wear their outdoor shoes in the school so they have to have dedicated house shoes or similar. I have canvas slip ons from Gap for both LOs. I put them in the washing machine on the 15 min cycle and then air dried them. Maybe just do either crocs/natives (which rinse off), or Skidders? Apparently it's a common problem that newly potty trained kids will have accidents that go down their legs to their shoes?</p> <p>Did you encounter this? If you did, what do you do with the peed on shoes - put them in the washer?? Right now we have one pair of regular Nikes. Should I invest in washable shoes? </p>
