I honestly think she was just fear mongering me into not using formula but I did switch to the concentrate liquid just bc it seems to mix better. It's not as expensive as the ready made but more expensive than the powder. So maybe a few days old. food isn't sterile in general, and neither is breast milk. We've been using free sample cans for supplementing - I had no idea about this! Our pediatrician never mentioned it. I am hoping it's not that big of a deal? </p>
