<description>&#60;p&#62;This happened to me, I couldn't turn off my brain! I started reading before bed and that helped. I also try to get into bed early. Sorry you are going through this, nothing more frustrating then having your house asleep while you lay awake.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I had a hard time sleeping at first as well. Once we moved her into her own room it got a little easier. Now I take calcium and magnesium before I go to bed and I find it makes a huge difference.

<description>&#60;p&#62;The last week or two I've had a really hard time falling asleep. Like I will lay there or toss and turn for hours. Once asleep I'm asleep all night. I'm not sure if it's just anxiety about returning to work, that I'm afraid I won't hear DD, hormones (although I guess those should be leveling off by now at ten weeks pp), or that DD and DH snore. Did you have the same problem? Help! I'm exhausted and just want to sleep.
