@mrsjazz: Before trying the DVD, I did a one one one with my friend who's a yoga teacher and got some modifications from her that I used with the DVD too. It's just frustrating when a DVD is billed as "great for all trimesters" and then they don't offer the modifications you need for each trimester.
I'm running into the same problem with Pilates. I used to each Pilates, but I don't know prenatal Pilates, so I'm trying to find resources on how to modify the moves to accomodate my belly (and inability to be on my bacK).

@Goldilocks1107: I have this DVD and you're right about some of the modifications. Luckily, I do this as a supplement to my in-class prenatal yoga, so I use the modifications I've learned there with Wolfe's DVD and it's great.

I don't have a recommendation, but would like to offer an anti-recommendation for Jennifer Wolfe's Prenatal Vinyasa Yoga DVD. Although it shows all three trimesters, no one really does much for modifications. I've been doing yoga off and on for a few years and was looking for a flow DVD and was really disappointed in this one. My hips hurt (and not in a good way) afterwards, instead of feeling open.

Element Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga. Very relaxing and not too difficult.
