He was definitely hitting his early milestones (smiles, rolls, etc.) closer to his due date, if not even beyond that. I remember his smiles took forever, and that made me so sad at the time. Once he hit about 6 or 8 months, I think he was very close to hitting them based on his actual birthday. (Born at 25 weeks.) Walking was at 18 1/2 adjusted which starting to get a little concerning...but then he did it! He's on time or ahead for verbal/communication type stuff and at the very low end for gross motor. We did OT for the first year for feeding primarily since we had lots of feeding issues. My dr and I are going off of their adjusted age for milestones. So far no concerns of delays (or at least too early to tell). One twin is about a few weeks to a month ahead of the other but both are within normal. I was concerned about my daughter being a bit behind but the Dr and OT therapist said she's within normal.
