Breakfast and lunch are usually my best meals. By supper food aversion and nausea has set in and I can't think of food.

Today for bfast I had a banana , PB toast, and OJ. For lunch I had strawberries, a granola bar, and pizza. Supper tonight is chicken, potatoes and carrots but my stomach is already turning thinking about it.

I think I've eaten porridge with sultanas and milk just about every morning during this pregnancy! Now that I'm on the GD diet I'm eating lots of sandwiches made with whole grain bread, salad and ham, crackers with cheese and tomato and home made yoghurt with chia seeds and berries. Occasionally I make myself a batch of wholemeal blueberry muffins or a loaf of wholemeal fruit bread.

Well since I'll have 2 under 2 in ten weeks or less I've been testing breakfast smoothie recipes so that I can "eat" with one hand if need be plus I had 2 scrambled eggs, half an apple with a spoon of pb and some coffee (I'll probably make eggs muffins for when baby is born to make sure I'm full and can still eat quickly). Lunch was pan seared tilapia over lettuce, cheese stick, baby carrots with guac and roasted acorn squash filled with the other half of my am apple and topped with cinnamOn. Dinner will be a chicken and spaghetti squash pizza type thing lol

I just finished lunch and am about to drink water but I do still feel hungry....I usually try to have my veggies double as carbs (carrots, acorn squash, banana....) to help me stay full but that doesn't always work  if I have a snack I'll probably have some popcorn.

Breakfast: I always need some sort of carb. Today I had a bagel and an apple.
Lunch: A veggie omelette, hash browns and a piece of toast
Snack: Mixed nuts & raisins.
Dinner: I'm thinking about making a chicken & veggie stir fry in a spicy coconut sauce with some Jasmine rice.

Homemade green smoothie and some fruit (grapes, strawberries, honeydew, pineapple... I might grab a banana later). Oh, I got a 6 pack of rice pudding and I usually eat a cup for breakfast. I should add a some yogurt or oatmeal in there.

I'm only 4w5d and I haven't had much nausea yet. I'm waiting for that so show up next week or so.

For breakfast I had a blueberry bagel with vegan cream cheese.

Later I had an apple with dark-chocolate spread. (Similar to Nutella, but w/out the hazelnut part.) It was an "accidentally vegan" find at the grocery store!

Lunch was 2 bowls of leftover rice from last night, heated up with peanut sauce, chili oil and sesame oil.

I'm getting hungry again, and there are some blueberries in the fridge calling my name!

Dinner will be leftovers.

Starting to notice my appetite get larger now at 17 weeks!

Bacon Egg and cheese bagel from the carryout in my building. I've had crazy cravings for them along with a fountain soda. They were actually making my tummy feel better in the first tri and now I'm after them because I'm so hungry in the morning especially since I can't eat anything for an hour after I take my thyroid meds.

Pop tart from trader joe's.... it's organic?
Lunch is leftover pasta with peas, but I always need a snack before lunch, usually an apple.
I usually have a snack or two between lunch and dinner since we eat dinner kind of late - maybe a banana and some cereal.
I think I'm making lasagna for dinner. Two pastas in one day is not good...

My eating is weird. In between m/s I'm starving but if I eat too much I get sick. This week the m/s seems like it's a little better so I can handle eating better. Today will be:

"First breakfast" (at home as soon as I wake up): bowl of honey nut cheerios
"Second breakfast" (around 10 at work): English muffin with peanut butter (sometimes oatmeal, sometimes plain tortilla, sometimes breakfast sandwich)
Lunch: varies. Today I am having Subway. I packed an orange, crackers, fruit snacks, to supplement.
Afternoon; I have a drawer ful of various things depending on how I feel... Larabars, saltines, applesauce, packets of grits, etc.

Dinner - I eat regular food but if I eat too much I get SO ill. It's so hard because I will sometimes be like sick-starving-hungry and I have to stop myself after a small portion because I know I will get sick if I eat more! Tonight is pasta.

Breakfast - Grapefruit and a crescent
Lunch-PB&J and grapes
Dinner-Leftover lamb stew

I might have a snack in the afternoon because I wont be home until after 8pm and that's late for me to eat dinner.

There also might be ice cream before bed... 38weeks, I can eat ice cream if I want... right?

This pregnancy has not been a very hungry one from what I understand. My eating has been about the same as it was before but a little more finicky and the first tri, I hardly ate anything.

Apple juice (like, 4 glasses) and rice with marinara sauce & a scrambled egg on top. At 7 weeks and feeling terrible, I'll eat whatever I can get down!!

Three eggs scrambled and an avocado. It's 8am and I am starving again.

Lunch will probably be a bowl of chili and dinner will be short ribs or roast chicken with butternut squash.
