I used to run 4-5 miles a day before I got pregnant with LO.
Haven't worked out in.. a really long time! I can't even think about working out now that I'm pregnant with #2 and chasing after #1.
Looking forward to the day I can start running again.

Prior to becoming pregnant, I was exercising 6 days a week with strength training/cardio (p90x) and running 3 miles. Now that I'm pregnant Ive been modifying my workouts but everything seems so much harder now!! My muscles get so fatigued with minimal exercise/ reps!! Whats up with this??!! Did you experience this when trying to workout? My theory is.... now your body is putting energy somewhere else so you have less energy to use while exercising. So wouldnt it be great then to be able to do less exercising/repetitions but double the reward!! I wish!! I just want to stay fit and have a healthy pregnancy but this muscle fatigue is outta control!!! ;)
