Wedge a pillow behind your back and have one on the other side to cuddle. That worked for me till the late 2nd tri.

Get a snoogle pregnancy pillow! I had a lot of issues with my hips and sleep especially towards the end of my pregnancy. They actually persist now. If you end up needing something to help your hips I highly recommend getting a Serola SI belt. It's a billion times better than those pregnancy support belts and helps your hips deal with the stress of side sleeping and carrying the extra weight of the baby.

I know that sleep is dreaded when it comes to pregnancy, and I've started feeling it lately. I'm 12 weeks along, and lying on my stomach to sleep is definitely no longer comfortable! But I have noticed something very strange, if I sleep on my left side, within a few minutes, my left hip/thigh go numb! I definitely plan on mentioning this at my next appt.

So I can really only sleep on my right side! Any suggestions on what can make sleep more comfortable? Or.....just tough it out for the next 28 weeks?!
