I'm a spaz and kind of high-strung anyway so I was so paranoid that I was going to be a terrible mother and I'd be one of those parents that forgets their kid in the grocery store, etc. </p> <p>BUT, she's nearly 6 months old and I have yet to do anything colossally stupid yet so I take that as a good sign. Like she was in her crib and I just forgot that we had added her to our family? I remembered at the end of the day when someone mentioned her and had to run to go see how she was.</p> <p>There was other dumb stuff in there, like me not remembering to feed her. But in general, I'm guessing this is just anxiety as I get closer to giving birth. I slept like crap because I woke up stressed out a few times...</p> <p>Did this happen to you? </p>
