<description>&#60;p&#62;I had them with kiddo #2 and honestly the only thing that worked for me was getting up and moving around. I was hesitant to take any meds or use a heating pad, but getting up and going for a walk or just moving a bit helped the most! Hope you are feeling better soon!

<description>&#60;p&#62;I know I should have an answer to this, but I haven't personally HAD bad cramps since probably high school. And I don't remember having pregnancy-related cramps with my daughter.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;In high school, with period cramps I remember laying with a hot water bottle to relieve cramps.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;They're not constant or even horrible, but I wonder what others have done to relieve the pain of your uterus expanding?
