I've been struggling with the same issue- I focus on staying hydrated- my headaches seem the worst on the days after I don't drink enough water. That plus a little caffeine (within 200 mg limit) helps some, but mostly I just sucks. Feel better!

I've been taking Unisom to sleep and it's been great. I usually get a tension headache when I'm under a lot of stress, though, so I have to work out or read or just relax to get it to go away

This won't help you sleep, but I've been getting terrible headaches in the afternoons, not quite migraines, but really bad. I find if I have a coke or tea at lunch, it makes them much better, or sometimes I don't get them at all.

As someone who's been up since 3:30am with a headache, I don't think I'm too helpful.

My house has been dark for most of my pregnancy to keep my migraines down. I just drink pretty of water and try to lie down when its unbearable. Tylenol doesn't help me at all. Hope you feel better soon!

Any natural cures? I know Benadryl and some other things are allowed during pregnancy but I really hate to take something. I am exhausted though with tension headaches. I toss and turn all night long. Thanks for your suggestions!
