Ugh, I got it Thanksgiving weekend with C last time. I've heard wearing a wrist brace with thumb support at night, helps. Totally gross stuff, but it really worked in my case. And the pain would ease within minutes. So bad with A, and it's very mild now but I think will only get worse as the weeks pass.
