I use this one for working out. I quite like that it can be fastened in a variety of different ways to provide varying levels of support: http://www.bellysling.com/

I have a Carriwell:
http://www.sweetbottomsbaby.com/Carriwell-Maternity-Support-Band_p_1352.html

It's the pull-on kind. I loathe velcro on my body. It sort of looks like the tube ones that you typically see for holding up clothes, but this one is actually supportive and has like elastic ridges around the belly.

I second the Gabriella! I work in an OBGYN hospital and one of my coworkers gave it to me... We give them to a lot of our patients! It has been a godsend! I was a size 4 pre-pregnancy and the size medium fits great.

I have this one: http://www.mombodfitness.com/fitsplint-maternity.html

and it has been exceptional for helping me. it has made a huge difference. I wore a 10 pre-preg and ordered a medium. It's very adjustable and I liked that it had two options for wearing. I found it more supportive to have one band high and one band low. At 36 weeks, I want both bands low so that I don't have to pee every 5 minutes at the gym, though.

Doc also recommended it for ligament pain, which it helped a TON with!

I recently ordered this one, and though I haven't used it, I tried it on and it is comfortable and seems to make a difference.

http://www.amazon.com/Gabrialla-Elastic-Maternity-Support-Medium/dp/B000ZKE4AM

I was looking for it for running and the gym and it was recommended on some runners forums. If you order, check the size chart - I wore a size 6 pre-maternity and needed the large. I would have guessed a medium for myself.

On the weekends, I'm on my feet for 12+ hours working at our shop so my chiropractor recommended that I get a pregnancy support belt so help lessen my shoulder and back pain. Can you please tell me which pregnancy support belt you have or have heard good things about? Thanks ladies!!
