I had sharp twinges, my breasts were tender {which they usually aren't when I get my periods} & was tired all.the.time. like stupid amounts of sleeping. I eventually got nauseous, but that was after it was confirmed

-boobs were on fire, like really, really hurt
-change in color of boobs, one of the first indications I could be pregnant
-implantation bleeding. One little spot was enough to suggest to me that I could really be pregnant.
-increased sense of smell.

Right now at 5 weeks, my symptoms ebb and flow to the point that they scare me a bit. Some days, I'm super tired while others not. My nausea comes in waves as well. Sometimes, it's really bad, other days not so much. I just hope and pray that my hCG and other hormones are doubling and tripling and keeping the baby safe and growing.

The only difference for me was that I felt sick after eating. Otherwise, it was just like a period.

The only symptom I had was sharp twinges. All my other cycles I had phantom symptoms galore but all of them were absent my bfp cycle except the twinges.

I had more symptoms every other month prior to my BFP than I did the month of my BFP. The month I finally got a positive, I wouldn't have even tested if I didn't need to to prep for fertility testing.

I had most of my "normal" PMS symptoms but I also had a lot of cramping, which I rarely got with PMS.

@mrsjyw: You better keep me posted on this!! ;)
I had breast tenderness at first and light cramping then full-fledged nausea so bad I thought it was food poisoning.

My boobs felt like they had daggers going into them starting at 5dpo. A few days later, I got nauseous from drinking wine. I was then nauseous for the week leading up to testing. That boob pain finally slightly went away around 11 weeks. Now I only feel it when I hug someone really tightly.

I had a lot of cramping early on, but that’s also normal for my period so I didn’t think anything of it at the time. I didn’t know I was pregnant until I realized I was 1 day late (I’m very regular) and tested. The cramping continued until about 10 weeks pregnant, and 24/7 nausea started around 6 weeks (fun times!). Good luck.

No real symptoms yet. Sore boobs earlier than usual, and my EWCM isn't dry yet (TMI) and horrible sleep this past week, but I'm only 5 DPO so plenty of time to worry and wonder!

Well, I hadn't had a period in about 2 years when we started blindly trying but I just knew I was pregnant before my BFP because I got sore swollen boobs, was gassy like NEVER before, started sleeping like poop and my EWCM never left.

I didn't have a freakin' clue. Until the missed period. That's when I was like, "wait.. what?". That was when I was 5 weeks. It wasn't until about 7 weeks that I had symptoms. Mostly cramping and nausea.

The first symptom that told me something was off were some sharp pains on the left side at 9dpo. I normally have ovulation and post-O pains on the right side.

Also at 9dpo I was burping loudly for most of the morning (my burps are never loud). My hands and feet were also really hot--I took my temperature and it was slightly elevated, but not enough for my hands to be that hot. (I had to hold a cup of ice cold water for relief). And I felt like I was coming down with a cold or the flu.

I went home sick and got my bfp at 10dpo!

I tended to have a lot of post-ovulation twinges and cramps so tried not to read into anything, but...the month of my BFP, here were my symptoms

6-8 DPO - constipated (never happens)
9 DPO - a few sharp cramps accompanied by tingling down my right leg (literally stopped me in my tracks because I thought it could be implantation)
10 DPO - wine tasted like crap to me
10-11 DPO - pulling like cramps, not quite the same as AF cramps; gassy
12 DPO - BFP

Sounds like a lot of symptoms, but it was all pretty subtle. I was convinced during other months that I was pregnant and I wasn't. The month of my BFP I was convinced it didn't happen!

Good luck!
