Some days, I'm super tired while others not. My nausea comes in waves as well. Sometimes, it's really bad, other days not so much. My hands and feet were also really hot--I took my temperature and it was slightly elevated, but not enough for my hands to be that hot. (I had to hold a cup of ice cold water for relief). I was convinced during other months that I was pregnant and I wasn't.
