Yes, they exist, and I love them! I got Motherhood Maternity Hi-Cut Briefs and they are not the cutest, but they are SO comfortable. I got my regular Target hipsters in a size up too and those are not as comfy for me, but its probably because I have to wear them under the bump at this point, and I don't really like wearing my underwear super low. Granny here. :)

I am still wearing my regular VS undies at almost 41 weeks! They are all pretty low rise and lace on the sides (read: stretchy) so they have fit fine the whole pregnancy.

I bought some motherhood maternity undies but I actually ended up liking regular ones from VS or target, that had a thick band of lace as the waistband. Like you said, it wasn't so much the size, but that my old ones were uncomfortable where the waistband hit me. With the wide waistband you can just pull them up over your bump.

I still wear my hanky-panky style lace thongs 80% of the time (TMI--they even make thong pantyliners, which are a godsend in the 3rd tri!), but I did go buy some special super-comfy cotton bikinis in a size up from target. They are super low-rise, so they don't touch my huge 34 weeks bump at all. And they don't make lines under my clothes (because I purposely got them in a huge size). I wear those the other 20% of the time.

I have some and love them! They look like granny panties but are oh so comfortable! I used them with DS too, but before that I didn't know they existed either!

I wear bikinis and wore them throughout my pregnancy. I have a small butt, though, and it didn't get any bigger during pregnancy (I'm sad to say).

I'm still in my normal ones, but I favor the ones that were a little bigger to begin with. They all sit lower than my bump starts, and my hips haven't really grown much, so the only thing i notice is sometimes you can see a line at the top in the back (is there a word for the back of a muffin top?) That only happens on the ones that were a little tighter anyway.

I did have some a low rise bikinis from VS that are now super uncomfortable, but I never really liked them anyway.

I knew I was going to get bigger and bigger in the butt/hip area since that is where I gain weight the most, so I went to Target and bought a bunch of thongs in a size up for work (since otherwise for sure there would be horrible panty lines with every outfit) and I went to Gap Body and bought my favorite boyshorts in a size up. Neither are technically maternity panties, but they feel perfect at 28 weeks and I definitley still have room to grow. Now if I could just stop putting them on inside out every day! I can't see anythign down there anymore lol!

I bought some from gap maternity, but I didn't see a big difference (I think I actually left them in my rotation after pregnancy). Sounds like @rahlyrah has the right idea!

Anyone buy any? Like them?

I'm at the point where my undies fit just fine, but when I sit, where they hit is bothersome/uncomfortable.. Going up a size would just make them baggy in the bottom and I'd be pulling them up.

I literally don't even know if pregnancy undies EXIST. Are they real? What undies did/do you like for pregnancy? I'm 21 1/2 weeks so clearly, it's not going to get any better! HELP!
