My witching hours were always 2:30-4:30 or 3:30-5:30. Without fail I would wake up and not be able to sleep for at least two hours.

I'm with you, except I'm naturally a night owl. Earlier in pregnancy, I was falling asleep super early. Now I'm staying up later than I mean to, and having trouble falling asleep when I finally do go to bed. I'm still really tired though, so I wish I could at least fall asleep quickly!

I've found I can easily fall asleep on the couch "watching" 10pm reruns of Friends, then I stumble down to bed. Watching TV helps distract! Though I'm one of the lucky people that can fall asleep easily.

Ugh, I'm sorry... that sucks! One thing that works for me is to take a hot shower and then lie down in the cool bedroom. The shower raises your body temperature and as it cools quickly in the cool bedroom it tricks your body into thinking it is going to sleep, so then it becomes easier to actually fall asleep. Because when you go to sleep your body temperature drops. Because science!

I hope you find something that works for you!

Seriously, for like the past few weeks I can't sleep until almost midnight. My brain will not shut up.

I never ever have trouble sleeping. Even with my first pregnancy. I feel absolutely tired but can't sleep. Ugh.
