I bought it because I was carrying low and my belly felt VERY heavy. And it kind of helped for that, but then I actually thought it made my back pain worse, possibly because I then had to compensate for my belly being lifted? I'm not sure. I'm getting to the point where I could benefit from the support during work outs or long days where I'm on my feet/cleaning/doing errands all day long. It helped with pelvic pain in the 2nd tri and helps with back pain/posture as well.
