I was in your shoes almost exactly one year ago. We have 4 month old twins from our first IVF. I was literally shaking in the car and in the waiting room before our first ultrasound, so you are not alone being nervous! Even though they are just little blobs on the first ultrasounds, I felt like I could breathe again each time after seeing them. After infertility, it just took awhile to sink in that it was really happening.</p> <p>But it's really happening for you - hooray! He is now 19 months old. I was terrified for weeks. But one of the nice things about our IVF is we got a lot of early ultra sounds. So I could keep up on what was going on. I had one bleeding scare but we went to the ER and nothing was wrong (another ultrasound to see the little one). </p> <p>Congrats!!! I did injections and an IUI and am 10.5 weeks along with multiples...I think the first couple weeks are the hardest but you probably have an ultrasound scheduled soon, yes?
