Nothing really helped though... So I really had to suffer through it with cough drops, honey w/ lemon, and just try to get a lot of rest. To de-stuff, Sudafed usually works well (I believe it has to be the behind the pharmacy kinda and not the shelf ingredient). If you're runny, Benadryl will dry you up but also make you drowsy so better taken around bedtime. Also, a bunch of people on here recommended Breathe Right strips. I was sick at the very beginning and try them, not thinking they'd work. I'm not even really sure what I would take if I weren't pregnant, probably advil cold and sinus and a lot of nyquil, both of which are off limits.</p> <p>thank you!! </p>
