We loaded up on organic veggies, fruits, and grass fed beef, antibiotic chicken, and wild caught seafood. Besides the proteins (meats) I doubt we will use Fresh Market for a big shop again. The store simply didn't have all the items I wanted. And I still do. Pasture eggs, dairy, dirty dozen fruits and veggies and meat. Not only pesticides but hormones and antibiotics... Honestly, pasture meat and eggs have higher nutrients as well. Local farmers that aren't certified organic can be more affordable and have the same values (minus the cert.).
