Regular breakfast, big lunch but after I make Mavrick dinner, prep his bath, put him to bed, I'm exhausted and never hungry. </p> <p>I tried eating a few bites at the same time as him.... but not very hungry. My belly is growing so I'm not worried, but I'm usually a big eater. If I've eaten good foods and snacked here and there, I may or may not be hungry for dinner. If I eat bad foods (processed) I sometimes won't be hungry for dinner. </p> <p>I did have a few weeks where I would come home and eat about 1/4 of what dh was eating. I just wasn't hungry at night. I think your body knows what it's doing. I'm all about listening to it.
