For snacks I like string cheese and granola bars (right now I have the sweet and salty Nature Valley ones).

For lunch I've been eating the Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers. It's not a lot of food, but enough that I stay full for a while, and they are fairly healthy (lots of veggies and spinach).

and a salad with some kind of meat or a wrap

I'm a teacher too! The thing that works best for me is healthy dinner leftovers. Chili, baked chicken, Boca burger with brown rice, whole wheat spaghetti with added veggies, sweet potato, egg bakes, Greek yogurt, pumpkin flax muffins, etc. Refined carbs make me sluggish and hungry quickly.

@travellingbee: Target also has the mini bagels in the bread aisle with the regular bagels

If you don't have the cartwheel ap yet, download it. It's how I choose my snacks each week :) They almost always have some sort of nut/trail mix, granola bar and fruit cup.

@Mrs. Pickle: But I have found that if you buy multipacks of yogurt instead of single serve containers, they're often smaller.

I have a hard time finishing a regular container of greek yogurt these days, but the 4 or 6 packs often contain smaller containers.

clementines, babybel cheese, hummus and crackers, granola bars, and string cheese are my favorites.

If I'm feeling munchie, but can't decide what I want, I go for apple slices with pb, honey, and sea salt. Yum!

I like to eat "snack plates" for lunch. I'll have things like cheese, pickles, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, carrots, celery, peaches, berries, olives, lunch meat, crackers, etc. I've also been loving salads. Some days I just eat leftovers.

For snacks I really like the soft Cliff bars. They come in lots of flavors. I buy a lot of mini Chobani greek yogurt cups too.

I buy tons of fruit at the beginning of the week, cut it up and put it into containers. I usually take a few different fruits, yogurt and granola as my snacks. I've been craving soup lately, which is totally odd since it's 90 degrees! When I'm at work, I tend to leave snacks there, since I never know what I want. So I'll get a few different dried fruits, trail mix (with chocolate) and peanut butter crackers.

KIND bars, Babybel cheese, roasted chickpeas, lots of fruit, bagel thins with cream cheese or hummus or tabbouleh, single serving microwave popcorn.

ETA: When I'm looking for something hot, I like Dr. McDougall's noodle soups or ramen. I order them on Amazon.

When I was pregnant I was also in the classroom all day. I loved veggies & hummus, triscuits and string cheese, mini bagels with cream cheese, fruit of any kind. Cuties and fresh pineapple were the ones I craved most.

I ate a lot of beef jerky, wasabi almonds, avocado with salt and hot sauce, PBJs, cold cheese pizza, string cheese or any other cheese, raw oats mixed with plain yogurt, nuts, raisins and chopped apple, lots of fruit, apples and PB, asiago cheese bagels, almond poppyseed muffins, blueberry muffins, chocolate covered pretzels, quesadillas, plain cheese sandwiches - I think you see a lot of carb + cheese was consumed! I also drank like 2 gallons of water per day.

I had wicked bad heartburn so I pretty much only ate snacks every few hours because I couldn't handle a meal:
Luna bars
mini babybell cheeses
mini bagels w/ pb, hummus or sour cream
baby carrots
apples
plain greek yogurt with some frozen berries thrown in- by the time i get to work the berries make the yogurt partially frozen so its like a dessert haha

I graze as well. Daily I usually bring single serve bags of pirates booty or the mini pringles containers, a granola bar, and planter's protein mix train mix (I like the dried blueberry/nut/granola mix a lot). I get all of them at target. Target also carries individual size bags of their monster mix trail mix. and I usually have a piece of fruit or two. I don't always eat all the snacks, but will store leftovers in my desk and replenish the next day.

Breakfast is usually yogurt and granola, then lunch is leftovers.

I'm 19 weeks and going back to work (teacher) this week. I tend to be a grazer when pregnant and still get nauseous if I don't eat very often. Feeling like I need some inspiration for foods that got you through work when pregnant before I go food shopping. What are your go-to lunch foods and/or snack foods for work? I have a fridge and microwave in my room.
