I've heard of people taking both the Pregnitude and progesterone. But for me, it was enough to just take the Pregnitude - after I had been on it a few months, my levels were exactly where the doc wanted them. It helped my progesterone levels during my luteal phase (they were previously almost non-existent) and egg quality (so sayeth my doctor from an ultrasound). When I asked for it at the pharmacy, they said they used to carry it, but not many people asked for it so they stopped. I've tried it some for my PCOS. It doesn't taste like anything, though it's a little work to get it to fully dissolve. I"m guessing this is just a different brand that does the same thing, with very similar ingredients (Ovaboost has a few more supplements in it).
