I actually started taking ovaboost and just got a bfp! I'll never know if that's what did the trick or not, but it certainly didn't hurt. Good luck!

Both contain folic acid instead of folate (folic acid is synthetic and many people can't process it. A vitamin with folate or methylfolate is better)

I took Pregnitude years ago. It might have helped me ovulate more regularly, I'm not sure. I did get pregnant. The magic pill for my lean PCOS is Metformin. It was prescribed by my endocrinologist and allowed me to get pregnant twice extremely quickly without any poking and prodding- this was important to us.

I took Pregnitude at my gyno's recommendation. Still needed IUIs (unexplained IF).

@jodyblair: I have been taking Pregnitude since December based more on a recommendation from a friend than anything else (her ob had recommended it). I take it along with my prenatal. I have been diagnosed with "lean" PCOS. I have also done three rounds of femara. I ovulated on the first two rounds. I do not know if the pregnitude had anything to do with it, but it didn't hurt. On my third round, I had stopped taking pregnitude (i ran out). I did not ovulate on this last round of femara. I had a mature follicle, but no egg was ever released.
Needless to say, I have started taking it again.

Does anyone have any experience with either of these fertility supplements, specifically with PCOS? Trying to decide between the two...
