It might have helped me ovulate more regularly, I'm not sure. I did get pregnant. The magic pill for my lean PCOS is Metformin. I take it along with my prenatal. I have been diagnosed with "lean" PCOS. I have also done three rounds of femara. I ovulated on the first two rounds. I do not know if the pregnitude had anything to do with it, but it didn't hurt. On my third round, I had stopped taking pregnitude (i ran out). I did not ovulate on this last round of femara.
