I'm 8w2d and am basically just hungry all. the. time. There doesn't seem to be enough food in the world for me right now.

I am somewhere around 7-8 weeks (I think...hopefully will find out at the dr. tomorrow!) and I cannot tell the difference!

I compare it to the feeling I get when I fly. I bring a lot of food on airplanes because it makes my stomach feel funny, but it also feels like hunger.

Usually eating does make my nausea feel a bit better so even though I can't tell the difference, I just eat!

I have the exact issue. With my DD I was nauseous every day all day throwing up most of what I would eat up until around 20 weeks. This time around I just feel so off. I want to say its a nauseous feeling here and there and that when I eat it helps... only to feel it again shortly after eating but then feel some relief about an hour later... for at least an hour.. only to repeat the process. :-( waaaaaah.

I felt nauseous almost constantly, so if I felt a little hungry at all I would just go with it. Eating was a chore the entire pregnancy.

It occurred to me today that I can no longer tell the difference between nauseous/needing to eat and nauseous/needing to puke. The constant first tri nausea went away at around 15 weeks and I've had about a month of feeling great, but several times over the past few days I have felt nauseated before and after meals. When that happens I'm torn--should I eat more or less? I think my gag reflex is getting more sensitive. Being pregnant is so confusing!
