They were awesome, you'll love it! I went to different therapists, some had regular pillows and some had the special pregnancy ones. I was only like, 18 weeks, I think, but it was so nice. I'm dying to go back for another soon and if I got a spa gift card that's exactly what I would do. </p> <p>The one I had they just had regular pillows-- one for my head, one to hug/keep me on my side, one between the knees and one between the ankles-- which is how I sleep usually anyway. I was on one side, then switched to the other, then at the end she raised up the back a little so I was sitting somewhat reclined for extra neck work.
