They are a whole little packet of 5 or 6 pills.. The EPA-DHA is in perfect ratio, or something like that. My acupuncturist started me on them. The b vitamins are methylated, (aka folate, instead of folic acid) so they are good for those with mthfr mutation (me).</p> <p>All I can say is this - my hair was thin and falling out a few months back, and since I started these my hair has never been thicker.. same for my nails, they were always thin and now they are crazy strong! Hopefully someone has here who can chime in. </p> <p>I wanted one with folate - most of those were pretty pricey, unfortunately. I ended up trying Best Nest Prenatal.
