@HLK208: glad it's not me! I kept telling DH it felt as if the baby dropped. But baby isn't heavy enough to have my dropped feeling anyway! I'm guessing the muscles that hold things up are just more lax after your first?

@swedishfish: I'm 90% sure I had it last pregnancy, but my MW just kept telling me it was "normal" and "the relaxin" but that was BS! Not being able to walk is not a normal side effect of pregnancy! I hope you don't have it, but PT could be good! Maybe I will just self referral myself for it?

@jedeve: I JUST asked about SPD yesterday and I'm only 5(?) weeks. The NP told me that things are sorting themselves out again but, if it continues regularly, she will send me for PT. It shouldn't happen regularly until the 3rd trimester but if it continues, ask for the PT! Feel better!

@SAHM0811: same!

I'm 18 weeks and I'm already starting to feel how I did at 38 weeks with my first and 28 with my second. My stomach and thighs hurt if I'm running errands or holding LO's.

With #2 and #3, all the uncomfortableness and pelvic pressure came earlier for me as compared to each prior pregnancy. My OB said to expect that!

It says SPD can start toward the end of the first trimester. I found I had kind of a weird groin pain (like I'd had an unfortunate run in with a Thigh Master) the entire time I was pregnant.

Is it possible for spd to start this early? I think I had it last time.

I walked around a bunch today and I feel like I'm nine months pregnant seven though I'm only 17 weeks. I'm getting this feeling I only did at the end of my first when the baby dropped. - heaviness and pressure in my pelvis. Should I be concerned that it's happening this early?
